STUDENT EXPERIENCES
“I’ve been wanting to push my character designs in realistic style that’s more engaging. Faraz’s class helped with identifying that direction and pushing towards it. I also learned to appreciate new and old films, animations, and exercises to a greater degree than I had before.”
— Ji Mun
“One of the best course I ever took in my whole art career! I knew that Faraz was good but now I completely understand how he got to the mastery level. The lessons were easy to understand and the homework was fun and exciting. There wasn’t a single assignment that I disliked and my favorite homework was practicing line silhouettes. Would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to take their character designs to next level and beyond!”
— Corey
“[The most important lessons I took away from class were] how silhouette and balance can define the quality of the character and how to use references and create ideas based on culture and history.”
— André Amadesi
